Cracked Steam is crashing

i downloaded the latest cracked steam - 17 december
when i try to logon it shows "cracked steam is not responding"
why does it come like that ?
i have tried reinstalling it 3 times, but i still get the same message
please help !

antivirus - windows security essentials
i am admin of my PC
