Lastest items_440.bin and a little problem.

Hey anybody got lastest items_440.bin for tf2 to get crit-a-cola and new medals?
And anybody know why my TF2_Launcher_v5 doest work? When i launch game its not launching. its creating a mdmp file to main folder.
