Error with Modern Warfare 3

Yesterday I downloaded and installed cracked steam. I downloaded mw3 and when i run it I got error :
d:\programfiles\steam\bin\steamservice.exe
Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

I was googling for a hour but I cant find the solution. Please help me.

how did you download MW3, I can only download Valve games

I am having a different problem, it seems to install well but when I click to open the file it does nothing, not even the shortcut work as if there was no file there... strange
