Cs 1.6 an error while updating cs

hello guys (sorry for my bad english)

i cracked my steam with greenluma 2.7.4 , but when i tried to install cs 1.6 it said no licence
so i download this AFC cache : http://yadi.sk/d/y0aGDRTk6hpXP and put it in my steam folder

and i installed the game but it was only 253mb and now when i try to play the game it say : an error occured while updating cs (content still encrypted )

тебе типо нужно последный AFC или GCF файл контры , у меня тоже самое было и я не нашел последний update.

Do i Need Steam For This Cs ?

and is this the same cs 1.6 that steam users play with ?
