Пропадает радар когда мертвый или в спектрах, на всех картах. Какая настройка или комманда отвечает за радар. Конфиг:

Если проблема в клиенте,то пробуй команду:
drawradar

И если не ошибаюсь,в последней версии есть возможность включения/отключения радара в настройках мультиплеера. :)
