У меня появилась проблема при компилировании модельки scout_animations.mdl (правил одну из анимаций). Использую GUIStudioModel и mdldecompiler.qc находящийся вместе с декомпильнутыми .smd файлами.

Вообщем, при компиле мне выдаёт следующее в логе:
Первая часть лога(вторая после поста Crush'a)

Насколько я понял, ошибки в конце, значят что какая то часть скелета слишком большая. Может быть это связано, с тем что, при импорте .smd в 3д макс 2009 (v.11) у меня некоторые кости растянуты на 5000 метров? Я использую CannonFodder's decompiler (mdldecompiler) ломанная версия где не используется vphysics.dll. Я его использую, потому что с нормальный декомпилятором, у меня пишет Unable to load model.

Скомпилил я анимацию, но теперь появилась следующая проблема: у меня моя анимация всё перекошена, свёрнута пополам, ноги внутрь и т.д.

бамп.
вернулся к этому делу. теперь, либо декомпилятор не работает, либо я что-то не так делаю.
перед декомпилом вытащив анимации из гцф, сменил IDST0 на IDST, в HexWorkShop. скачал обе версии деклмпилятора - оригинальную и ломанную. модель успешно загружается, но декомпилятор крешится во время декомпила.. пробовал декомпилить при включённом Source SDK(читал, что помогает, но видимо, не мне)

upd:
нашёл линк на фейспанче, где дана ссылка на другой декомпил, после которого у многих получилось декомпильнуть модели, но линк затёрт..

Туда декомпилер канон фодера и хакнутый декомпилер. А есть сообщение с ошибкой?

незнаю как, незнаю почему, но при очередном запуске у меня всё декомпильнулось. использовал то, что до этого использовал.
