I am from Russia. I was buy the license version of Risen in "MediaMarkt" shop. I insert a disk - appear message "Пожалуйста, вставьте диск с игрой "Risen"" That means insert a disk with game Risen. At forum worldofrisen.de one person has told that it is necessary to send an e-mail to you, and to put a photo of a disk and manual. Photos in the attach.

It is possible that the DVD was stopped due to energy saving reasons and will
not restart fast enough. You could try to start the "Autorun" Option of the
DVD and click the "Play" Button.
If this does not make a difference either
Please provide the following information:
Download and start the following diagnostic tool "KMDiag.exe" (app. 400KB)
ftp://ftp.kochmedia.com/pub/hotline/KMDiag.exe
and sent the result file "KMDiag.zip" to us´so we can take a look at your

KMDiag.zip in attach (на время проверки этой утилитой удалил из устройств виртуальный привод демона).
shop chek in attach (нагуглил обычный чек из продуктового, подправил цену и дату в фотошопе, пересохранил в photofiltre).

It's a known problem that the Toshibadvd drive DVDW/HD TS-L802A can cause
problems when copy protected games should be started. The automatic error
correction of the drive thinks to find errors on the disk, corrects them,
delivers it's interpretation to the copy protection and then an error is
displayed that the disk isn't original. That problem can be solved by an
firmware update from toshiba:

Please download the ZIP file and extrat it for example to your desktop. Then
start the exe file by double click. Before you start the firmware update
please close all active background applications like burning tool or virus
scanner.
Keep in mind that Koch Media can't give any support about firmware updates
from other companies. So in case of problems or questions regarding that
firmware update please contact the Toshibacustmer support directly:

I dont have any "Virtual CD-ROM Drive"-Software and I was uninstalled Nero program. New KMDiag.zip in attach.

probably that will take some time as we have to analyse the problem more
detailed. So the fastest and less difficult solution for the moment is to
change your game to a download version. For this solution a internet access is
required.
* Download the following ZIP archive, unpack the file into the "bin" folder of
the game directory where you have installed the game (ie. C:\Program
Files\Deep Silver\Risen\bin\):

* Please take the game dvd out of the disk drive, start the game and choose
the online activation.
* When you are asked for an activation key please use this one:
