Вобшем пол года искал способ но всё же мои поиски не прошли даром :3

1. Устанавливаем Source mod по
этому туториалу.
2. Делаем себе админку

4. Создаем сетевую\одиночную игру,в консоле вводим "exec fps" и играем с друзьями\в сингл плеер и радуемся такой вот картинке :D

Жаль конфиг без описания. на ноуте тоже подтормаживает, но в таких настройках играть черезчур, менять столько строк и проверять - тоже
