там на сайте типо: AMD64 (only on Windows x64!)
но у меня intel, хотя и Windows x64 %)

пойдет, это просто так получилось, что и у интел используется не IA64, а AMD64, простым юзерам необязательно знать подробности

а если ты про .ехе - я хз :D

ну, во-первых, почти всех юзеров учат не открывать неизвестные еХе файлы, а про вбс обычно не говорят.
а насчёт компила - гугли VBS Compilator
