Hi I need help on counter strike 1.6

Hi all, sorry for my bad English I'm new to all this and want to tell me as having zero counter strike steam from hopefully someone can help me and tried to have it but nothing I tried works and thank you very much and look forward to your help.

I would like to have steam and free because and looked everywhere and none has worked

If you want to have "free" CS in steam, install this and then find GCFs of CS in here (under Valve's spoilers)
