Method 1 (Cracked Steam): Download Cracked Steam (June 06, 2013), Steam-rip of GMod and CS:S (if you want to use additional content) for example. Unzip GMod and CS:S to your Cracked Steam folder (not steamapps!), run Cr. Steam.

Method 2 (no-Steam): Download GMod and RevEmu (customized for Garry's Mod). Unzip:

1) Garry's Mod in any place.
2) RevEmu to your GMod place.

Open rev.ini and write full path to your steamapps folder (string CachePath=, need for additional content), start GMod with revLoader.exe
